  • Fresh Scottish Langoustines served on a platter with garlic butter, chilli oil & lemon mayonnaise
  • Venision Carpaccio using the finest Northamptonshire Rutting Reds Venison fillet - with honey, mustard & mixed spice marinade. Served with a refreshing cucumber & spring onion salad
  • Fresh Escargot a la bourguignonne with garlic & parsley
  • North Atlantic Lobster grilled & served whole with freshly prepared hollandaise with parsley buttered new potatoes, celeriac and caper Remoulade served with a crisp salad
  • Bouillabaisse (min 2 persons) This classic Marseille fish stew has a fantastic depth of flavour
  • French, Italian, Spanish or British Cheeseboard with traditional national accompaniments (min 2 persons)

French - Compte, Ponte L'Eveque, Roquefort, Crottin De Chavignol - cabernet sauvignon jelly & water biscuits

Italian - Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Pecorino Sardo, Caprini tartufo (truffle infused goats cheese) - Orange honey & water biscuits

British - Colsten Basset Stilton, Lincolnshire Poacher, Somerset Brie - with beetroot chutney & oatmeal biscuits
